Born from a love of the perfect cup.
Ember started in 2019 as a single roaster and a bag of green beans. What began as obsession became craft —
and craft became community. We source directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, paying above
fair-trade prices so farmers can grow better beans, not just more of them.
